Our Club has made the following donations during the current Rotary Year, from the Charity Trust Fund.
The Club has again made its annual donation of £720 to Plan International, to help support four children in Sri Lanka, Bolivia, Benin and the Philippines.
The Club made a donation of £500 to Hassocks "Robins" Football Club 8-9 team, in order to allow them to purchase matching Warm Jackets, emblazoned with the Rotary Roundel and the name of their Club, plus the name of Sussex Vale Rotary.
President Peter Wills and Chairman of Youth Services Peter Wright can be seen talking to the boys and their Trainers here.
Newick House School was given a donation of £500, to allow some children to take part in activities, which otherwise they might not be able to afford.
Head Teacher Gillian Perry received the cheque at their School Assembly, and President Peter Wills gave the children a short talk about Rotary.
